While working in a very competitive department , Perception Point understood it needed to differentiate itself – and its customer experience – from other services. Perception Point challenged us to create a high-level future vision and reimagine the whole experience: from the service concept to the actual implementation.
The challenge was to create a unique interface enables any type of user – general manager or security analyst – to control the level of depth of interaction with the system.
